Manuela has achieved the highest accreditation worldwide: CPCP USA (Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional). She also has an international Certificate of completion in Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OHSA) Blood Borne Pathogens and Infection Control.
Manuela is an active member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP). Active members must meet the highest standards for safety and technical expertise.
Dereck Ludeke has joined Flawless Cosmetics under the Scalp Micropigmentation Sector, Training with a renowned European Trainer he has harnessed his skill according to international standards. Artistic flair has always been in his blood and SMP gives him the platform to recreate beauty, restore confidence and change the lives of all who embark on this transformational journey with him.
Dereck has also been trained by Manuela on the fundamentals of permanent cosmetics, giving him a thorough understanding of protocol, procedure, protection for all clients.
